Seed to Bloom

Designing Impactful Experiences

It all starts with a seed of inspiration.

You want to create something that matters, whether it’s an offsite, workshop, dinner, community gathering, etc.

Over the last decade…

I’ve cultivated a strategic and intuitive method for bringing these inspirations to life, resulting in experiences that transform everyone involved.

The Seed-to-Bloom Process

  • [WHY]

In a world of endless possibilities, we start with your original impulse. What inspired you to create this gathering or experience? What need are you seeking to meet? What feeling do you want to generate? What impact do you hope to see?

  • [WHO, WHERE, and WHEN]

We seek to find solid ground for your inspiration by gathering inputs and data from your audience / community, culture, and key decision makers. By practicing open-ended discovery and curiosity, we let these inputs shape specifics.

  • [HOW + WHAT]

With all of the critical information in hand, we bring in modalities that speak to your audience while inviting growth and expansion. Through this emergent process, the seed wakes up and takes on a life of its own. No two experiences are the same, and we create a spark that’s uniquely yours.

  • Using holistic engagement and connection as key ingredients, we dig into the micro and macro experience of the audience to identify what additional support and fertilization is needed. Through trial and initial feedback, we hone in on the true significance of each touch point.

  • [WHAT’S NEXT]

The core of experiential learning is learning through hands-on experience and focusing on process in order to achieve lasting change. We use real-time feedback and reflection techniques to continually refine the impact of the experience.

With a posture of humility and openness, we integrate learnings to illuminate the path forward and bring inner transformations into the tangible world in order to serve self, organization, and the greater good.
