Experiential Learning
Learning by doing, through inquiry, reflection, analysis, and synthesis.
Since I was a young child, I've been obsessed with creating experiences for others — gatherings where people leave feeling slightly more themselves, a little more connected, a little more alive.
From cultivating growth within an SEO agency to leading creativity and marketing at a social impact brand, I've designed an eclectic and expansive career for myself (and changed my hair 10x along the way). I've collaborated with innovative minds at a social good incubator and co-founded a Relationship Mindfulness company that brought relational skills to teams at Google, Facebook, Viacom, Patagonia, Squarespace, and more.
Life has shown me that our relationships determine the quality of our life, and as a result I've devoted my time to architecting transformational environments where people and communities can be themselves and grow together.
My life is oriented to being of service, and offering my gifts wherever and whenever I can. It'd be an honor to create something together.

Three observations from a decade in the field.
Every People team has high-priority, high-complexity work that's just out of reach due to bandwidth and would benefit from a fresh perspective. The logistics tend to come first, leaving the human connection piece for the end of a planning process.
Every culture has its own relational DNA: the unspoken norms, quirks, and dynamics that either fuel or drain performance. Investing in those relationships and proactively shaping culture is the highest-leverage thing a People team can do.
Camaraderie and folklore are rarely born on Zoom. The ROI of a transformational experience compounds long after everyone goes home, providing fuel for the long work days ahead.
