Company-Wide Offsite — Upstate NY

AIRCO's Goal

Launch new core values across the company through immersive, practical sessions. I designed and led a 36-hour offsite in Tarrytown that invited 70 employees to connect to these values through storytelling, cross-functional inquiry, systems thinking, and playful moments that addressed real organizational tensions — while having fun and staying grounded in purpose.

Why It Worked

The Core Values sessions were designed to address employees' unanswered questions and future concerns, so that employees left feeling heard and supported.

HR Leadership Day — DTLA

Tinder's Goal

Gather HR leaders offsite to develop curiosity, connect more deeply, and get energized for the quarter ahead. I created a full day offsite in DTLA where we wove creative exercises with skills-based workshops focused on ways to listen more deeply to employees. We celebrated our learnings over a private chef dinner with facilitated conversation.

Celebrate a year of 400% growth as a company through thoughtful celebrations, team acknowledgements, and connection activities. I designed and led a 3 day offsite and supported each team in creating a unique workshop to showcase their achievements and future goals. Teammates bonded through beach games, morning breathwork, TikTok challenges, team speed dating, and a storytelling workshop.

PebblePost's Goal

Up-level their annual company offsite for 66 employees. I created and led a 5-day offsite that wove together interactive presentations, coworking time, an interactive Shark Tank game, and more. We used a variety of creative formats for teams to present departmental info and strategies. No phones allowed.

The Result

Educated the entire team on the new data product and resolved key concerns and questions
Deepened cross-functional empathy and collaboration
Six qualified ideas for new revenue streams
