Parable had just closed their Series A and was gathering their founding team of 16 for their first company offsite. They wanted to create something physical: a permanent artifact for their new office that represented each person's unique contribution.

I guided the team through a two-part making process: first, each employee carved a personal stamp representing their contribution to the company. Then, together, they stamped a large canvas dyed in company colors, building a layered representation of the team and how it was built over time.

Wisconsin Spice's executive team wanted something that would genuinely pull them out of their usual way of operating. I brought in a samurai from Japan for a three-day immersive "Samurai Mind" training in the woods — blending 1,000 years of conscious leadership philosophy with modern executive practice.
