Learning is not a one-time event, but a lifelong journey.

Google's global DEI team needed a scalable approach to inclusive leadership that could create lasting behavior change across a massive, distributed organization.

Google wanted to own it. They licensed the methodology and brought me in to train 50 of their global managers to facilitate the series themselves so it could live inside the organization and scale across regions without losing integrity.

We designed a program that easily adapted to Google's global workforce and quickly became a staple in their culture.

A fast-scaling tech company needed a leadership development program built specifically for their technical workforce: engineers, QA, security, and project managers who were being asked to lead and influence in more nuanced ways than traditional training could support.

The program is now in its second year and has been adopted as a standing cultural initiative at Fetch.

Technical teams are rarely given learning experiences designed specifically for them. This program meets engineers where they are, and builds the human skills that make great technologists into great leaders.

The program was designed to evolve, and participant feedback shaped every subsequent session. As a result, the curriculum got sharper each quarter, and learning became something the organization was doing together rather than something happening to them.
