Inclusive Leadership Workshop Series + Facilitator Training Program
Google's global DEI team needed a scalable approach to inclusive leadership that could create lasting behavior change across a massive, distributed organization.
As the only external consultancy invited to partner with Google's global DEI team, I brought a three-part Inclusive Leadership workshop series inside the organization designed to empower individual managers with the everyday skills needed to create belonging in their teams. The series became the highest-rated internal training program at Google.
Google wanted to own it. They licensed the methodology and brought me in to train 50 of their global managers to facilitate the series themselves so it could live inside the organization and scale across regions without losing integrity.
We designed a program that easily adapted to Google's global workforce and quickly became a staple in their culture.
